How can I set a spend limit on my account?

You will be prompted to add a spend limit when you register your account. You can also head to the 'My Account' section and click 'Play Safe'. Here you will have the option to set up your spend limit. To change or remove your limit, you must email contact@chaotic.co.uk. Lowering your limit will happen immediately. Increasing or removing your limit will require a 24-hour cooling off period before any action is taken.
